Attorney La Neve enjoys giving presentations on issues of basic estate planning, family asset protection planning, Medicaid qualification, and other elder law issues.  These presentations are given in formal venues for continuing education for the professional audiences, as well as in less formal venues such as community centers, hospitals, government retirement associations,  churches, and senior citizen centers.  These presentations provide vital information to seniors, as well as veterans, and their families to properly plan for legal issues facing the aging and disabled population.

On November 15, 2019, Attorney La Neve was on of the featured speakers for  the Technical Business Seminar coordinated by  the Alpha Kappa Psi of Florida Gold Coast Alumni Chapter.  The venue was set at the Hyatt Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Cruising Port. 

Florida Gold Coast Alumni Assoc. Summer CPE Seminar for CPAs - 94th Aero Squadron near Miami Int'l Airport

On June 7, 2019, Attorney La Neve was invited to speak at the Summer CPE Seminar to a group of approximately eighty (80) certified public accountants.  The topics covered elder law as it relates to long term care planning and family asset protection. The venue was set at 94th Aero Squadron near MIA.

On April 23, 2019, Attorney La Neve gave a presentation to group of senior citizens on the topic of health care directives and Medicaid planning for long term care.
